Absolutely LOVE it here! My first visit here and will not be my last! I cannot believe how affordable it is! I've paid more than twice as much in the city for way less services. This is so much better priced than Chicago's spa prices I've had to pay in the past! It's beautiful here. Clean, upscale, relaxing, friendly. The shower was awesome, it has two shower heads, a waterfall and handheld. The sauna had different therapeutic light settings and the room was so private and clean. The salt cave was gorgeous and relaxing, it felt like I was on a beach. The 60 minute message was so good, and super cheap compared to other places! And the salt lamps they sell are a bargain!! I bought a BEAUTUFIL himalayan salt bowl lamp with a dimming light and salt rocks for only $40! I LOVE this place and the friendly staff. VERY affordable prices.

This hidden gem was awesome! Extremely relaxing holistic approach to health and healing. They offer different types of therapy. I experienced the Salt Cave with six of my friends in a group setting, a 45 minute session. It was so relaxing that one friend fell asleep! You have to try this for yourself to fully understand the benefits of this experience. They have message therapy, children's salt therapy, infrared sauna, halotherapy, brine inhalation therapy. The pricing is affordable and you can get group discounts. There is free parking available right outside, and very nice restrooms for the clients. We all plan to incorporate this into our schedules! Definitely going back!!!!

You get a blanket and headphones that plays meditation music while sitting in a comfortable chair with a calming environment! This was the first time that we've gone to the kids room at the Salt Cave. There is no salt on the walls, and instead it is a chalkboard for them to play, there are toys available, seats and blankets. The staff is very friendly and making the appointment was very easy. For children allergies it is very helpful. I've gone to the adult part and it's very relaxing serene and quiet

Very well thought out decor, down to every little detail. The front desk staff was pleasant and informative! My husband and I had a couples massage, and both were very pleased. In fact, my husband has gone back and it takes a lot to find a massage therapist he really likes. The salt cave was such a relaxing experience as well. Coming from someone who suffers from a lot of upper respiratory infections and asthma, I’m very intrigued in the science behind it and plan to visit more often!

When I tell you I have been waiting patiently to experience the salt cave here at Royal it was worth every minute..from the booking over the phone to the meet and greet in person Haley (I think that’s how you spell her name) is very pleasant and informative. Both receptionists greet with a smile and professionalism. They were sooo nice 😊. One lady took the time to explain the benefits of which salt cave does what. The establishment is clean, spacious, very elegant and it creates the vibe of relaxation as it should. The masseuse was on point with the massages. She listened to the areas I wanted her to focus on which was my WHOLE body..lol. Did the sauna and I love the fact that they have a shower that’s separate from the bathroom for use if you want it. Now get to the salt cave..when I tell you I was in there passed out sleep..I was sleep.the lady had to wake me up because time ran out. The calming of the cave you can feel the energy of the salt working. And with me having allergies I felt that it was hitting the pressure points. It is definitely an experience and May I add reasonable cost. Love the whole experience and will definitely be going back on a regular. Highly recommend if you looking to self care yourself ❤️
